PRATHAMESH JOTIRAM PATIL is committed to supporting its customers and maintaining a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Order Cancellations
– Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
– Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the services or solutions have already been initiated or resources have been allocated for the project.

2. Non-Cancellable Services
– Cancellations are not accepted for completed services like delivered website development solutions, CRM implementations, or upskilling course registrations where access has already been granted.
– Refunds or adjustments may be considered if there is a valid issue, such as unmet deliverables or quality concerns.

3. Reporting Issues
– For services or solutions received with defects or discrepancies, customers should report the issue to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt or access.
– Our team will review the concern and, if validated, take appropriate action to address the issue.

4. Manufacturer Warranties
– For issues related to third-party tools or software integrated as part of our solutions, customers are advised to refer the matter to the respective manufacturer or provider.

5. Refunds
– Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 9–15 business days and returned to the original payment method.
